Tom's first week
Posted: December 6, 2025I have talked to him a couple of times now and his spirits still seem high. He can only talk 15 minutes per call right now. I think that will change because other inmates have their own phones, but I do not know how that works yet.
He has already started the process of getting a tutoring job while he is there, which I think will work well for him. He has also told me he is determined to write a book while he is in prison.
3rd week update
Posted: December 18, 2025Tom Spirits have continued to stay high, he has made even more friends and has started his book now. I have also learned a lot more about his phone schedule. He gets 30 minutes a day, a maximum of 15 minutes per call. So normally he can make 2, 15 minutes calls a day. But he can break the calls even more but he has to wait 1 hour between each call. He plans on sending out emails and scheduling calls with people so he doesn't waste the potential phone call.
